Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at The Foggy Dog. We are proud to offer domestic shipping within the United States and international shipping to pet parents worldwide. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note for Custom Orders: For custom embroidered items, please allow an additional 2–4 business days for production before shipment.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)

We ship nationwide within the U.S. from our fulfillment center in Henderson, Nevada.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days – (Free)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days – (Free)

3. International Shipping

We love our international furry friends! We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your destination will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • International Standard: 7–21 business days (depending on destination).

  • International Express: 3–7 business days via major carriers (DHL/FedEx/UPS).

Duties, Customs, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Foggy Dog is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

The Foggy Dog is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at jovanschmitter@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
